Tube Clamps

Beta, Cushion, Gang and Twin Series Clamps for Instrument Tubing and Pipe

A good tubing run is only as good as what holds it. Tubing that hangs on its own weight, rubs on steel or shakes with the pump will work its fittings loose over time. A-Best Industrial Inc. Fittings, Valves, and Tubing stocks the clamps that keep instrument and process lines supported, quiet and leak-free, from a single 1/4" line to a full rack of 2" pipe.

Beta Clamps

Our most popular clamps for instrument tubing. The split polypropylene body cradles the tube, keeps it off bare metal and dampens vibration. The strut mount version drops right into standard strut channel with no welding, or you can weld them down with a weld plate (see below).

Cushion Clamps and Loop Clamps (P-Clamps)

A simple, low-profile way to hold a single line. The cushion keeps metal off metal and soaks up vibration.

Gang Clamps

Run several parallel lines in one neat, evenly spaced bundle. Our stainless steel gang clamps hold 2 to 8 tubes of 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" OD, sold in bags of 25. Matching stainless bolt kits are sold in bags of 50.

Twin Series Clamps

Twin series clamps hold two lines of the same size side by side in one body, welded to your support steel. Complete clamps come with stainless steel or carbon steel hardware. We also stock replacement clamp bodies, weld plates and cover plates.

Weld Plates

When you'd rather weld beta clamps to your steel than mount them on strut, start with a weld plate in the size group that matches your clamp.

Which Material Should I Use?

  • Stainless steel: outdoor, coastal, washdown and corrosive process areas. If your stainless tubing runs out in the weather, match it with stainless clamp hardware.
  • Zinc-plated: indoor, dry areas and general plant use.

Supporting Your Run the Right Way

Follow your site spec or the tubing manufacturer's support spacing, put a support close to every valve and gauge, and never let tubing rest on another pipe or a sharp edge. Need the tubing and tools too? We stock stainless steel tubing and the benders, cutters and prep tools to install it right. New to tubing work? Ask about our free Safety training course.
